Working through life's battles on your own can be difficult without some guidance and encouragement along the way. We all have our battles and we all need help sometimes. Depression, anxiety and chronic discomfort are not the best partners when traveling through your life. I understand and want to help each person who comes in to see me get through their battles, not with scars and wounds, but with a sense of accomplishment
Everyone who comes in to see me is different and may have more than one battle going on in their life. I understand this. My personal approach for each session is: calmness, approachability, non-judgmentalness, space or room for you and I to discuss your life battles.
The care you deserve
I understand that not everyone is the same and not every treatment is for every person. Acknowledging this is important for the first few times I see you. I provide a calm atmosphere to address each of your problems that need to be worked through. Coming in to see a psychologist can be difficult enough without having to deal with a difficult person as well. I am a naturally calm person and have a positive outlook on life. I know that is not always the case for everyone, but I have the skills and tools to help you be able to be the best You possible
